SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mimoco is based in Boston, MA, USA and we ship to many countries worldwide using FedEx, USPS and UPS via our fulfillment center in Olean, NY USA. Shipping prices vary with order weight and method used and can be determined before check out via the online shopping cart. To receive a shipping quote, enter your shipping address at checkout, and be sure to check the total in the lower-left hand corner before placing your order! In stock items usually ship within 3 business days of placing your order. A confirmation number will be emailed when your order has shipped.

Mimoco offers FREE ground shipping on orders of $50 or greater for our domestic customers! Domestic transit times vary depending on the level of service requested. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Mimoco does not process orders on the weekend or holidays; orders placed on Friday or a holiday will be processed the next business day. Mimoco will notify you if an item is out-of-stock and will provide you with an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase. All deliveries to PO boxes will be sent via USPS.

In the event you believe your package may have been lost in transit, you must notify us within 60 days of your ship date. Beyond the 60 day mark, we are unable to retrieve the tracking information from the carrier to assist in resolving your issue and the value of your purchase will be refunded in store credit.

Return to Sender Policy for Domestic Customers

In the event that your package is returned to sender, we will reach out to you to confirm and attempt to ship one (1) more time to the address you specify. If the package comes back again, you will be refunded for your purchase minus the cost of shipping, and you are welcome to place a new order.

  • Ground Shipping: 3 to 10 business days
  • 2-day Shipping: 2 business days
  • 1-day Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Estimates and Back Orders: The above shipping estimates do not factor in processing time or orders that contain out of stock items. 

International Shipping

Mimoco offers international shipping to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Monaco, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. Delivery times will vary.

Return to Sender Policy for International Customers

In the event that your package is returned to sender and you would like the order to be shipped again we will reach out to you to confirm and collect the additional shipping cost from you. We will attempt to ship one (1) more time to the address you specify. If the package comes back again, you will be refunded for your purchase minus the cost of shipping, and you are welcome to place a new order. 

If your package is returned to sender and you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost to have it shipped again we will reach out to you to confirm. You will be refunded for your purchase minus the cost of shipping.

International recipients may be required by national law to pay import duty tax. Please note that Mimoco does not include duties and taxes when calculating the cost of shipping.

 

BLOOHIVAN BLISS RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your Mimobot or MimoPower product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your purchase -- just send our friendly Customer Service Humanoid an e-mail at humanoid@mimoco.com to be issued a Return Authorization and further instructions! Returns will only be accepted if returned in perfect condition in full, original packaging. Due to their limited nature, we cannot accept MIMOBOT & MimoPower products for refunds or exchanges for other styles. MIMOBOT flash drives and MimoPower products are guaranteed defect-free, but if found defective can be returned for a replacement within one year of purchase.

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and receipt must always accompany returns. Contact us at deadbot@mimoco.com for directions to return your sad non-working MIMOBOT or MimoPower product to the mothership.

Because production runs are always short, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same MIMOBOT or MimoPower product as originally purchased. We'll always replace a MIMOBOT for the same or higher memory capacity, or a MimoPower product for the same or higher charging capacity.

This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, tampering, moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures or normal wear and tear. Please note that Mimoco assumes no responsibility for lost or corrupted data. When backing up your data, always use more than one method. Returns for Stuff We Like (any product not originally manufactured by Mimoco) will be permitted within 30 days of shipping your order.

MimoPower products are compatible with most smartphones. Always exercise caution when plugging and unplugging your MimoPower by removing cables and tips gently from the slot. Do not store in excessively hot or cold areas (i.e, the car dashboard on a summer day) as MimoPower products contain a lithium ion battery. When in doubt regarding your phone's compatibility with lithium ion backup battery devices, consult the manufacturer. Mimoco assumes no liability for damage caused to devices by improper useage.
